Thomas J. Biagini is the founder and President of Biagini Properties, Inc. Mr. Biagini founded the company in 1976 with the goal of providing specialized leasing and management services for the retail commercial property market. After three decades, retail commercial properties remain the company's primary focus.
Mr. Biagini oversees the operations of the property management and brokerage divisions, as well as the acquisition and development of new retail commercial properties.
Mr. Biagini is a native of Santa Clara and a product of local schools. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska in accounting and finance. He holds a current California real estate broker's license and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and California Business Properties.
Current volunteer activities include serving as President of the Board of Directors for Greater Opportunities, a San Jose non-profit organization that provides services to developmentally disabled adults and their families, and board member of the University of Nebraska Newman Center. He is a past board member and president of the Santa Clara City Library Foundation & Friends, and a past commissioner of the Santa Clara Police Activities League soccer program for youth.
