Tom Biagini Thomas J. Biagini is the founder and President of Biagini Properties, Inc. Mr. Biagini founded the company in 1976 with the goal of providing specialized leasing and management services for the retail commercial property market. After three decades, retail commercial properties remain the companys primary focus.
Mr. Biagini oversees the operations of the property management and brokerage divisions, as well as the acquisition and development of new retail commercial properties.
Mr. Biagini is a native of Santa Clara and a product of local schools. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska in accounting and finance. He holds a current California real estate brokers license and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and California Business Properties.
Volunteer activities include being a past Commissioner of the Santa Clara Police Activities League soccer program for youth. Currently, he is President of the Board of Directors for Greater Opportunities, a San Jose non-profit organization that provides services to developmentally disabled adults and their families. He is also a member of the Santa Clara City Library Foundation & Friends, which supports and funds program enhancements for Santa Claras new Central Park Library.

Mark Biagini Mark Biagini, Vice President, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has been a sales and leasing agent at Biagini Properties, Inc. since 1986. He is a high volume agent who consistently closes over 60 leases and sale transactions per year.
He is a respected member of Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB), where he was nominated Retail Broker of the Year for six years in a row, and was awarded the title for the years 1996 through 1999. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1987. Mark has also provided expert witness testimony for various court cases and arbitrations in Santa Clara County.
Prior to joining Biagini Properties, Inc., in 1986, Mark Biagini was a real estate agent for CPS Commercial Real Estate in Pleasanton, CA. He was responsible for the sale and leasing of office, industrial and retail space in the Pleasanton/San Ramon area.
Mark graduated in 1982 as an honor roll student from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate, Finance and Accounting.
Mark is active in his community: he is a board member of FC Fremont Soccer, holds a United Soccer Federation National C level-coaching license, coaches his daughters soccer teams and is an avid skier and golfer.

Paul Biagini Paul Biagini, Vice President, specializes in representing commercial property owners seeking to maximize property value and current returns by promptly leasing vacant space to the most qualified tenant on the best possible terms. Paul has also successfully represented buyers and sellers in the purchase of commercial properties. Paul has successfully completed over 100 lease and sale transactions from 2001- 2004.
Prior to transferring to the Brokerage Department at Biagini Properties, Inc., in 2001, Paul spent ten years in the Property Management Department where he was responsible for managing all aspects of numerous shopping centers and office/medical buildings. Pauls previous professional experience includes a position with a national CPA firm and financial management positions with several notable local and regional commercial real estate firms.
Paul is a graduate of Bellarmine College Preparatory and Santa Clara UniversityBSC/Accounting. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
Paul is married with two children and very active as a community volunteer. He has served as President of Westside Little League and as a Board member of St. Justin School Advisory Council.
