Biagini founded Biagini Properties, Inc. in 1976 in response to the demand created by Silicon Valley’s construction boom in the mid 1970s and early 1980s. Tom Biagini recognized and filled the needs of property owners seeking expert knowledge in managing, leasing and developing retail commercial properties. Along the way, Tom was encouraged by his father and mentor, Emo Biagini, himself a pioneer in the Silicon Valley commercial real estate business. Tom's brothers, Mark and Paul, joined the company in 1986 and 1988 respectively. Silicon Valley has experienced considerable growth since 1976 and Biagini Properties, Inc. has grown along with it. The property management division now manages 80 properties with 685 tenants in over 1,850,000 square feet of multi-tenant, retail commercial properties and automotive centers throughout the greater San Francisco Bay area and the California Central Valley. The brokerage division, serving existing clients as well as outside clients, successfully concludes over 200 leasing transactions per year, keeping our overall occupancy rate at 95%. Our first priority at Biagini Properties has always been to understand the goals of our clients. Whether our clients are interested in making acquisitions, increasing present value and cash flow, or developing a marketing and leasing plan, Biagini Properties has the knowledge and experience to help achieve those goals.
